Developing a global motivational campaign for staff around working culture and commercial goals. This annual initiative is centred around five key components of successful teamwork, and the first campaign (2023) honed in on ‘Nurture’. We created copy and straplines plus a macro photographic campaign of Spring flora. This simple metaphor for growth was realised as office billboards through 14 countries and screen savers for digitial devices.
